Resume Kicker is designed to collect account, document, analysis, chat, usage-limit, and contact information only where needed to provide the service.
Resume Kicker uses providers such as Vercel, Neon, Auth0, Vercel Blob, and OpenAI. These providers process data to operate the service.
The upload flow stores source files temporarily in private Blob storage, extracts text server-side, and deletes the source file after success or failure.
Authenticated saved document text, report snapshots, generated materials, and chat history are encrypted at rest. Short-lived guest document and review data expires automatically. Guest chat is not permanently saved.
Resume Kicker creates a separate redacted model-input copy that masks contact details before AI analysis where practical. Uploaded documents are treated as untrusted quoted data.
